![]() On January 7th, Vlad came to inspect the gutters and the leaf guards. It does not specify that in the contract either. if we should ever have our roof replaced. We were not told that we should call Advanced Seamless Gutters, Inc. In late December, we had a new roof installed. We also were in contact with the manufacturer who indicated that the holes that were drilled have voided any warranty we had. Vlad was to call us back and address the problem. We were finally able to speak to someone on December 21st. We had another snowstorm in December resulting in the same problem. This time, we left messages and explained the situation over and over again but could not get anyone to come to address the problem. We, again, called Advanced Seamless Gutters, Inc. We never had this problem with the old gutters, and it was particularly concerning as they were forming over our front steps causing a potentially dangerous situation. After this snowstorm, we noticed severe icicles forming around the areas where holes were drilled. Right before Thanksgiving, we had a snowstorm. Obviously, we are not the experts, so we assumed that was the correct way to fix the problem. Vlad proceeded to drill holes to improve water flow. In mid-September (approximately September 21, 2020), someone finally came to address the situation. We called Advanced Seamless Gutters, Inc. We did not have this problem with the old gutters. The new gutters were overflowing with water and looked like mini waterfalls coming off of the corners of the house. Shortly after the second installation day, we had a severe rainstorm. Upon completion of the installation, we paid the $1,400 balance in cash. Apparently, there was some confusion as to what actually needed to be done despite the detailed estimate. The installers thought that they were finished, but only did half of the intended job. In late August (approximately August 28, 2020), the gutters and leaf guards were installed over two trips. At the time, we paid a $400 cash deposit. The goal was to never have to clean our gutters again. to have some new gutters and leaf guards installed. On July 15, 2020, we signed a contract with Advanced Seamless Gutters, Inc. Since then, we have had problems with water overflow and icicles. We had a new gutter guard system installed in August 2020.
